Tonight I made some more good progress... took out the Ultra Black gasket maker and applied a nice bead to the SC outlet. Then I installed the finished SC outlet pipe let it rest on it few minutes then started to torque down a bit...then 1 hour later I torque the bolts down really tight..

Also I took some left over kerosene I had stored away and washed the oily interior of the Volks/audi intercooler nice and clean inside.

I installed the first 45 degree coupler with the tbolts fits like I had planned..:)

Installed the intercooler...(put the 7" fan on the cooler to see fitment) looks perfect, almost like it was meant to be there...lol

 checking fitment with 45 degree pipe I got another 45 degree silicone to install but am leaving it like this tomorrow I will do another test with the charger and see if all is well...(also let the silicone cure during the night)

Almost there...crossing fingers I can finish this weekend :) yeah right....lol...
