Well after having some serious fun driving it for a few weeks I decided I was ready to go do a Quebec safety, boy was I wrong. My car was labeled a Race car so it could not be safety.

After letting my Girlfriend drive my finally tuned and bug free Supercharged E30 she comes back very impressed by the performance (and am only boosting 4.5PSI) but now 2 major problems I need to action. The new tires don't work very well with Manual steering and the extra 50HP doesn't work well with manual brakes. :( hence now I understand why my car did not safety.

So 2 new projects on the table:

1) Install power brakes: This is major work as I now have to redo all the Supercharger extremely tight intake setup, air filter assembly, remove MC and reinstall, rework brake pedal so I got lots of work ahead here. (got 3" flexible piping coming to help me do this)

2) Power steering: This one here is Major as well as I don't have room for another pulley so option is called Electric hydraulic power steering (2 pump options 1 from a 91 MR2 and the other a all in one reservoir/pump from a europeen truck. Both will be custom setups and will require custom hydraulic lines made and wiring.

and last but not least the best part, I located a performance shop that will be able to custom built me a 7"diameter  - 6 Rib crank pulley (copying the M50 crank I already have) so I can raise the boost to 8-9PSI :)

With all these done I will try my luck again at safety and this will also mark the end of the Supercharger setup so I will move to the Turbo side this winter.
