lonnng time no update well lets just say I had to take a full week off...

Back at it and tonight I was very very close to do the official startup with a video but I ran out of time..

Im happy I checked the charger oil it was empty...looks like this SC was rebuilt and they just did not add oil...(I had bought some in case glad I did)

The belt looks aligned but I will only know when I start it up...




I ran into a few things... cant bolt the 2 SC bolts close to the block so I will figure out a way..(may have to weld 2 nuts on that side..




One thing I can say about my bracket I built it to hold a car on top..lol... I may have went overboard but I wanted something solid....threw a little rust paint on it and torqued all the bolts to the block with threadlock..

I had to perform surgery on the radiator hose tie wraps for now but I will be welding a support for it.


Another problem was making room for the bypass valve... Im almost there a little massaging



Like I said this project is not for the weak of heart....its a LOT of work cant wait to get her started so I can move to the easy stuff piping..injectors and tuning...
