So with the supercharge side done...of my Twincharge project. I found this diagram that fully explains what my setup will look at the end.. I will be able to run a very big turbo as the charger will feed it and it wont have to spool as much anymore.(taking away lag)

FINALLY I have finished my supercharger project. Today I installed the 30# red Bosch injectors... took a good hour but all went well.

Spent a good hour tuning to get the idle corrected and a bit of driving around hitting full boost of 5PSI at 11-12AFR running 26 degree of timing...

Final pictures of the engine bay...looks better in person..almost looks factory

Videos coming :) and more tuning (I may go to a dyno to tune the timing..) so far am very happy everything is holding up really well..

Its Official I have a Blown E30 as of right now... :)

I have yet to install and wire in the fan for the cooler... 30# injectors and tune from miller performance I should have the tune very soon from Brody..

Took it out for a quick test..no videos of me driving its too late at night and very dark and raining.. I manage to spin the tires in my driveway and saw 2-3PSI... Damn am still on 14# injectors.

First impression is wow torque is instant the car feels very strong since the blower is always pushing air ..cant wait to drive it on the street. The journey is still far from over...but I accomplished a lot already by putting this kit together piece by piece..

Getting there.... even installed my solid strut tower brace...

Only a few little things and I can fire up my new blown M20 :)

Well tomorrow marks my deadline May 1st and the official day I can drive my car out of storage and I will unfortunatly NOT make it :( my poor little guy was sick so most of my time was spent taking care of him...

I still manage to make a  good progress am very happy how its coming along I even fitted my spare new E46 330i intake boot luck and ingenuity struck as my blow off valve looks like a factory fit.. so now I need another one do join the ICV and MAF/filter pipe and that is all its missing to get the supercharger up in running for last test before I install the 30# injectors and start tuning...

I even managed to install the fuse box in there looking factory beside the oil dip stick. Did the T fitting on the blow off valve as well...

Another shot of the supercharger intake side this part was not easy its a tight fit ...  I still need to paint the 45Degree pipe... :)

 

Also need to wire in and install the 7" fan which will keep the cooler always ambient even in traffic ..:)

 you can see from this perspective all fits and hood closes with no problem..

More progress almost done all the piping ...just need to epoxy over night some fittings on the intake side and tomorrow I should have a drivable car....

Now I need to install wire the fan on the intercooler.... do another test run in my parking lot... and last phase is injectors and tuning...Brody from Millerperformance is working on my tune :) I should have it tomorrow...

Will I make my May 1st deadline...:) we will have to see....am getting excited its almost done.
